Clean and larger than expected. Some minor inconveniences but for the price it was good value.

Good location, clean rooms and bathrooms, larger than expected and a nice sunny balcony. The person who let us in was friendly. The pool area was clean and access was easy. Very good value for money.

Oven wasn't working, one of the room's duvets didn't have covers. Most of the blinds didn't seem to be working, and one of the balconies wasn't accessible. No information about what was expected at checkout e.g. did bins need to be emptied/beds stripped.

A good location on the edge of town, but still within walking distance to the centre.

There were a few aspects of general maintenance to the property that we pointed out to Andres the host after our arrival, around some doors/windows/cooker and bed.

Great location, super house. Highly recommended for a stay in Calpe.

Excellent location. Few minutes walk to old town, short drive to everywhere else. House very well equipped and good value. Lovely views from balcony. Free use of pool. Had a fantastic stay and would use again when we next visit the area. Calpe is a beautiful town which has everything you need for a great holiday.

Garden furniture/terrace a little tired could do with renewing and some extra lighting.

Vriendelijke gastheer , goede ontvangst

Ons huisje was dubbel geboekt en we moesten 1 nacht verblijven in een ander huisje met minder confort en maar 2 bedden , we waren met 4 volwassenen . Maar na vraag voor compensatie, hebben we die ook gekregen van de gastheer. Kan gebeuren maar had ons op voorhand kunnen verwittigen . Compensatie maakte het weer goed dan en de volgende dag zijn we gewoon naar ons geboekte huisje kunnen gaan na aandringen wel. Al bij al dus een goed verblijf en is Andres een prima gastheer
