Siisti ympäristö, helppo löytää perille ja majoittuminen sujuvaa. Omistajalta sai hyviä vinkkejä.
Astianpesukoneen puuttuminen yllättävää majoitukseen hintaan nähden. Myös jätehuolto on toteutettu erikoisesti ja talon jätteet pitää viedä 20km päähän jätepisteelle, jossa tarvitaan avain talolta. Osassa makuuhuoneita ilmanvaihto heikkoa, joten ovia ja ikkunoita pitää pitää auki.
