It was near the city center. Walking was manageable apart from the difficulty of walking on steep roads with snow. Transport to the accommodation was easy to manage. The comfort room was clean.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay overall. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the centre of Tromsø, and the views when walking through the neighbourhood are really beautiful. The heating deserves a special mention — it worked perfectly and kept the room warm and cosy throughout the entire day, which is very important in this climate.
The pre-arrival information was clear and extremely helpful. In particular, the tip about taking bus number 24 was invaluable. I would never have found it on my own, as the bus stop is hidden behind the airport parking area, so that advice made arrival much easier and stress-free.
As a small piece of feedback, it would be great if a full-size bath towel were provided instead of only a small one. A few kitchen items could also use replacement, even though they still function fine, and perhaps a bit more attention could be given to cleaning.
That said, these are minor points, and overall the stay was comfortable, pleasant, and well-organised. I would happily stay here again.

I’m from Poland so all prices in Norway are extremly high for us, so I could not afford a hotel.
Thank to them I was able make my dream come true, visit this beatifull place and see Nothern Lights on my own. Owners were nice and helpfull. Place was clean.
It was the best adventure of my life, and I’m sure these memories will stay with me forever.

I like how responsive the staff was when there was an issue. Once I got them on the phone it was addressed quickly.
I found that it was quite bare and uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in my mattress and tbh I felt like the room lacked. What i mean was there were no curtains but there were 3 windows (granted it was the polar night) but when the sun never sets in the summer then what. The room could have used a mirror and honestly I feel like the rooms could have used a mini fridge so that I wouldn't have to go upstairs to keep water cold which would be very frustrating every time I'd like to drink
