Stocked with small snacks, coffees, teas, water! This rare downtown find comes with a full bath, 2 queen beds and a beautiful view of downtown Dayton. This historic home is located in the highly desirable neighborhood, St. Annes Hill and is centrally located to all the major hospitals, WPAFB, interstates, entertainment and attractions! This penthouse is an upstairs (be mindful of the stairs, they are on the steeper side given this is an older home) with a private entrance and a keypad lock for additional security. The penthouse is very quiet given it's an upstairs apartment. All amenities are provided, spices, condiments, complimentary coffees and teas, high speed WiFi, TV, Roku streaming. The place was perfect for our needs. Great location with an array of personality. Great local restaurants within walking distance. And close to everything we wanted to check out.

We are so impressed! Very clean and comfortable. To my surprise Coffee Creamer was provided which was a huge plus. We stay at alot of different places that haven't provided any...much appreciated!Stairs could be a challenge but it was noted. Two beds but only 1 private room, make sure you are close with everyone in the party. Lol5 stars!!!
