Beautiful home located in the Dayton Historic Districts South Park neighborhood. Only a few steps from the best Dayton has to offer: Miami Valley Hospital, The University of Dayton, latest shops, restaurant and plenty of night life. A short drive to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Home has been updated this year and is very tasteful. Home is fully furnished with beautiful decor. Comes with WI-fi, Fire stick TV. Free coffee supplied w/Keurig. Convenient parking right in front of house.

The house was adequate for 3 people. The host was available quickly. Furniture comfortable. Kitchen amenities okay. Price was very good.The floors in the house need to be reinforced and recovered, they creaked and popped over most areas. Although parking was stated in front of house on street it was tight for 2 vehicles.

Great location for exploring the area (near Dayton University, highways, eateries). The house was well kept, clean, & very comfortable. Mike, the host, provided clear instructions & directions & made himself available should we needed it. Enjoyed our stay & if we come back to Dayton, we’ll consider this house again.
