This was a great convenient location. Perfect for a long weekend visit to see the sights of Dayton.

The grass was very overgrown. The house was extremely damp, musty and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We walked in and walked out. The guest bedroom had random items on the bedspread and crumbs all over the night stand. The pictures online were very deceiving. Extremely busy loud street. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this property. The house definitely has potential but needs alot of cosmetic work to make a stay enjoyable.

Check in was easy and communication with owner was great! It was a cute property in a historical part of town. It was a short walk to a nice pizza shop. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area.

This our second stay at the house. The first trip we moved our son into University of Dayton. This trip, we came to watch our son play soccer. The house is a perfect location and set-up. The host always quickly responds to any inquiries and is very helpful. We really enjoy our visits and will be back again.

Absolutely loved the place and was way better than a hotel and felt like home away from home! Was my first BNB I rented and will continue to choose them over hotels any day! Was very flexible and was able to get in a little early since my son’s wedding rehearsal would have put me there after 9pm. Highly recommend the place

The porch, siding, and windows looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The interior had paint runs on the cabinets, a broken handle on a cabinet, dirty caulk around the tub, ceiling damage in a bedroom, flat pillows, old decor, and poor televisions. I would be embarrassed if this was my home! My spouse has allergies and while we were there, she coughed nonstoo. I have stayed in many VRBO's and been satisfied. However, this makes me reconsider abd not stay in a VRBO!

We rented this for our Kids and grandchildren. The house was clean - well situated - close to everything and just as the photos describe. the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would rent again!

Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful.

A great stay, lots of room. Neoclassical decor. Comfy living room. Teens loved extra basement area. cons: on-street parking only, no soap in bathroom, no dishwasher. Key lock box was tricky but worked fine.

The host was absolutely amazing. Helpful, available, and very kind. The property was lovely. Clean, easy location to find. Parking was street, but we didn't have a problem with it. The decor was all matching inside. Not a ghost of a mess to be found. Vibe was cozy and homey. The beds were comfortable. We all mentioned wanting to buy one for home. It was close to a number of shops, stores, and restaurants. We took a stroll to Ghost Cafe. I would highly recommend this property, and would be more than willing to stay again.

Mike was a great host, easy chk in/out. Good location not far from most local areas, everything was 2 to 8 min away by car. Clean comfortable stay. There were quite a few homeless with a bus stop near by, but did'nt have any real issues.

Loved how close we were to AF museum and Oregon St. The only downside was there was a sewing needle in the bed which unfortunately I found the hard way. The front porch is wonderful, though it was quite dirty and furntiture needed to be wiped off before using. Overall, it was a delightful stay.
