Great WiFi and guest controls thermostat. 13 miles to Dayton Airport and 6 miles to downtown. This is ideal for persons who prefer a whole house versus a $100 hotel room. No parties or gatherings of any kind. Home is not the Hilton and properly priced. Great deal in this economy.

We were in town for seminary so we were gone most of the day. The house was a good place to spend the nights. I think I would stay again.
