Everything was as expected. Property was clean and had everything we needed. It worked well for 5 adults and 1 toddler.

The property was spacious, comfortable, neat and tidy. Appreciated the ample supply of towels and coffee. However, we noticed the last three treads of the stairsteps are in need of repair and suggest that the property owner give this matter some attention. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. It is a lovely home.

This place is exceptional. Great communication from the host. Finally, a place that doesn’t have you do a lot of work for check-out! Beautiful, convenient location close to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The neighborhood has so much character, making it fun to walk around the see the varying architecture. The house was clean with great linens, organized utensils, and all the basic supplies needed to make for an effortless stay. My 70-year-old parents stayed with us, and they were just as pleased with the experience.

Aaron, the property host, is readily available to answer questions and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. We would not hesitate to book his property again. The property is as described, no surprises. It is an older home, nicely updated, close to activities. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are steep and could be an issue for very elderly or someone with mobility issues but for the average person, no problem. There are 3, large, comfortable bedrooms, all on second floor. Only one has an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is on main floor off the kitchen. It is a beautifully renovated full bathroom with shower. Lovely main floor with huge kitchen. We highly recommend this property!

The Blue House was VERY clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and nice quality. The only drawback was the stairs. They were very steep and irregular with the potential for a slip and fall. Because of this I’d be cautious about staying here with small children or anyone with limited mobility.

The Blue House Retreat is a wonderful place to stay! It has been beautifully renovated. All the accommodations are top notch from the comfy beds to a yummy coffee bar. Our trip was filled with special memories here and touring the Air Force, Wright brothers, and Packard museums.

Home was very beautiful and comfortable and clean. Only a slight issue is needed pot holders and a collinder. Very spacious as we were there for a baseball tournament and it was close to all of the ball fields that we played at.

Our stay was great. Comfortable rooms and beds and the house was super clean. Arron was very helpful and accommodating. There are great eateries close by and we felt very safe. The only item is this is an older house and the stairs are small and steep but we navigated that just fine. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to visit Dayton.
