We loved this property. Perfect for bigger family. Very updated and clean in a safe neighborhood. The leather couch worked for another sleeping spot and there was also a pull out sofa for another bed we did not need to use. I will be telling all my UD parent friends about this great rental!

The house was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail to make this a home away from home. It was a welcome home base for our son’s wedding. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, cozy couches with extra throws were icing on the cake for a top notch property. This was so much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Thank you!

Lovely home in beautiful historic neighborhood. This house seems bigger than it appears in the listing and is very well appointed. The hosts anticipated every need and stocked us quite well. Very clean and orderly. All three bedrooms were well suited to a couple, including storage space. Would definitely stay here again.Location is easy walking distance to much of the Oregon District and downtown Dayton. Driving and parking in the area are easy.Recommend Preservation Dayton's Historic District Walking Tours: local, free, self-guided walking tours, including the one of this neighborhood of St. Anne's Hill
