The location was excellent. We walked everywhere. Everything that was supplied worked well. Monica was pleased to be helpful and left us suggestions and any emergency numbers etc we might need. We slept with ear plugs to muffle street noise which worked fine. Enjoyed our stay!

Host was great in communicating all we needed to know and had great local recommendations Location is excellent, a bit noisy but easy access to piazza and ponte vecchio The only drawback was the listing indicated a washer which was not accurate.

Really central to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful. It was very hot in Florence while we were there, yet the appartment remained cool throughout our stay. A lovely, friendly host willing to help - though we didn't need anything as everything we would have asked for was already provided.

Monica was an excellent host. Comunication was superb. She really made me feel welcome. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Very close to Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vechio.
