Welcome to your home away from home in the exclusive Kenrock Country Estate, nestled in the picturesque Hout Bay of Cape Town. This private and secure haven is set within 94 hectares of breathtaking grounds, featuring 5 kilometers of scenic walks, jogging trails, viewing decks, dams, rolling lawns, and children's play parks. With direct access to the Judas Peak Contour path, adventure enthusiasts can explore a running trail leading to the Orangekloof Nature Reserve and Llandudno.
The space
Escape to a homely contemporary retreat with our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, each bedroom boasting its own air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The large open kitchen and dining area create a welcoming atmosphere, seamlessly flowing onto the Northern Braai Deck and outdoor lounging space.
