Very friendly host and instructions were easy to understand. Building kinda old though but we felt secured during our stay. Will stay here again when we visit Blackpool in the future!

The room and bathroom were both extremely clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent position on the promenade, directly opposite the South Pier, with public transport on the doorstep.
