Located in Manerba del Garda, inside the prestigious Residence “Montecolo Resort” with a large park with swimming pools and equipment suitable for families and children, a one-bedroom apartment with porch and garden for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people. The entrance leads to the bright living room equipped with double sofa bed, smart TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. From the living room there is access through French doors to the porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs from which there is a view of the residence's garden and lake. The apartment continues with the master bedroom consisting of a queen-size bed, large closet, flat-screen TV and small balcony. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation are available to guests.*Guests can park their cars in the private garage (size: 2.50 x 5.50 m height 2.10 m) inside the residence. *The residence's swimming pool is seasonal and can be used from June 15 to September 15. The pool area is divided into 3 areas: adult area (25x18m), children's area, and jacuzzi area.*Complementing the facility is a children's playground, soccer and beach volleyball field, bar, game room and meeting room within the spacious 40,000-meter park. *Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The apartment is about 14 km from Desenzano del Garda train station and is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 45-minute drive away.
