Located in the residential complex "La Cascata" with pool, facing the lake and Porto Dusano, a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 people with free Wi-Fi.The apartment is the ideal solution for a summer holiday thanks to its private lakeview terrace.Inside it is composed by a living room with sofa bed for 2, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and an additional sofa, modern style kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, electric kettle, microwave, juicer and toaster. This bright apartment's night area is composed of a master bedroom with large wardrobes and queen size bed and an additional bedroom with bunk bed and balcony. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel rack, bidet and WC completes the layout of the apartment.*The pool is available from 1st of May to 30th of September. Guests will be able to use a covered parking space within the property of the following dimensions: height 2.30 m/ length 5 m/ width 2.50 m.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Apartment was clean and like the decription, but only very few equipment inside the appartment. There could be more (e.g. egg cups, more than 4 wine glasses), some furnishings were already worn down.
Maybe even a welcome package of coffee filters, dishwasher tabs.
But in general a nice and large appartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig aber in der Nebensaison mit wenig Belegung auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, der Strand in der Nähe und auf dem Weg dahin kommt man sogar noch am Kaffee direkt am Hafen vorbei. "Jederzeit wieder"

Positiv:
- Größe der Wohnung
- Ausstattung OK (Möbel, Geschirr, Spül-, Waschmaschine)
- Verwaltung war immer zu Erreichen (siehe Stromausfall)
- kleinere Probleme "vor Ort" wurden schnell und freundlich erledigt (defekte Wäschespinne, Ersatzlicht für Balkon)
Negativ:
- sehr kleine Dusche mit schwacher Wasserversorgung. Keine Ablage.
- keine Garderobe. In der ganzen Wohnung KEIN einziger Haken! Auch nicht im Bad!
- wenn der "Reinigungstrupp" in einer der Nachbarwohnungen war, war ein Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht möglich (Telefonieren über Lautsprecher, Radio hören, lautes Poltern).
- Pool ohne Sonnenschirme!
- Lage -für uns zumindest- nicht gut. Außer einem Restaurant und einer Bar nichts zu Fuß zu erreichen. Selbst zum Brötchenholen haben wir das Auto benötigt.
- Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist für italienische Kleinwägen ausgelegt!
- ein paar zusätzliche Infos in der Infobroschüre wären hilfreich (Bäcker, Supermarkt etc)
- nach dem "Besuch" eines Elektrikers, um das defekte Balkonlicht zu richten, standen wir beim Heimkommen um 22:30h im Dunkeln!! Erst mehrmaliges Ein-/Ausschalten aller Sicherungen (inkl. der Hauptsicherung im Keller!!) brachte Abhilfe --> sollte aber für künftige Besucher kein Problem sein.
Fazit: für uns zumindest nicht noch einmal!
