We had a lovely stay at premier villa. It is perfectly located in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived and greeted us with tea. The breakfast was amazing. Especially the omelette! The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. Unfortunately due to weather there was an electricity cut so our original room did not have electricity. They kindly moved us to another room where the electricity had not been affected. They were very quick to move us and we very much appreciated it.
The room was slightly damp, but I think this is because of the warm climate and rain. There was some condensation on the windows and it formed a small puddle on the floor. It did not affect the quality of our stay but something to note.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room itself was simple but very spacious and clean. The bathroom was the best we found during our trip.
We arrived on a very stormy day and the room was a bit humid and cold, but they provided a small heater.
