Great, bright room with lovely view over main road. Was very quiet and extremely central to bus station. Staff was great and everything is in walking distance. About 30meters from the famous post office. Tea and coffee facilites in room.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good service, and located right in the middle of the town. The beds were comfortable and the stay was relaxing.

I think the location was good and the hotel staff was helpful. This is just a basic hotel, with not too many facilities

The cleanliness is not that great but I have seen worst.

We had a 1 night stay. Room was spacious, shower was good, linen was clean and large bed was comfortable, we asked for 2 extra pillows which were happily provided. Staff friendly and helpful, we needed some help with a taxi to Ella so this was much appreciated. Location is good, we wished we had stayed a second night to explore the town area more, beautiful lake and botanical gardens close by.

Areas of the room were grubby like the sink and toothbrush holder, we didn’t use. Windows and carpet were not good either in terms cleanliness. Reception and first impressions were very poor, looked like a well used hostel rather than a hotel. We booked a deluxe room and as the bed and shower were good, it’s all we really needed for 1 night. We paid £30 for room only and our review would be higher if the cleanliness was addressed.
