Windsor Residence

We stayed at this property for two nights during the Sinhala-Tamil New Year holiday season. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city and was easy to find. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel manager, Mr. Thushara, was exceptionally courteous, ensuring that our stay was both comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to stay.

Nothing particularly I didn't like this place.

It was a wonderful 3 night stay for us. Run by very professional and friendly people, with excellent attention to detail. The room was very comfortable, great bed and pillows, great bathroom with hot shower. We had a balcony which was nice to sit out. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Fast internet. Very good location - quiet but close to Cargills and a lot of nice restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I did not realize I needed to pray cash for my room.

Clean, spacious room, very friendly staff although they didn't speak English.

Breakfast was a bit poor quality, the hot water in the shower lasted less than in my campervan, the blanket on the bed wasn't warm enough, so got cold during the night. Generally it's an okay stopover, but it's not worth the money compared to other places I've stayed in for the same price. Shame, because it could be a lot better.
