Space, views, layout of bedrooms totally separate from living and kitchen space, decor,
One very dirty pan which hadn't been cleaned, no coffee pods despite being told there would be, coffee machine next to oven not working.

Great property, especially for a group gathering. kitchen and lounge area are spacious and modern. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Location is great - good walk to the Pack Horse pub one evening but not for the less able as some difficult stiles to navigate. easy drive to many coastlines including bamburgh.
the door from the lounge to the garden was broken so we couldn’t access the garden easily. Other than that everything else was great

Perfect location for exploring the northumberland coast. Great spacious house. Designed so that the bedrooms are away from the social areas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so great for sharing with friends and family
A hot tub would have enhanced the stay and make the accommodation even more appealing. Although we wouldn't have had time to use it as there is so much to do

Location is excellent, bedrooms and bathrooms lovely and kitchen facilities and space great.
Only thing was the patio door out to the garden not working so couldn’t open it.
