The high end pod. Great facilities. Comfy beds and pillows.

The water pressure wasn't very strong, and there appears to be a bee's nest underneath the decking. This meant we had to be quite careful when entering and leaving the pod to avoid being stung. The steps also became very slippery, especially when wet. Unfortunately, I took quite a nasty fall, leaving me with a sore knee, a badly bruised leg and a cracked toenail, so some additional grip or anti-slip strips would make a big difference. We were also looking forward to using the hot tub, but despite following the instructions carefully, we couldn't get it to warm up. We think this may have been due to the lack of fire starters. Although there was an option to purchase more, I sent a message asking for some assistance with the logs on our second evening but unfortunately didn't receive a response. These are all things that could be addressed quite easily, and with a few small improvements this would be an even more enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for having us.

Maybe a microwave in the kitchenette, but I can understand why there wasn’t one.

Very hot when we were there, a fan would have been welcome, got very hot in the pod

I found the bell tent dirty and the gravel directly outside the tent was walked in which meant it was unpleasant under foot and dirty. The sides of the tent were dirty inside and it was unpleasant to be in due to being dirty .

No gravel outside the tent. Cleaner inside
