Riad Douja

Great location in the medina. Close enough but quiet during the night so one could get a good nights sleept. Staff were great, were there to help with all your needs. Breakfast on the upper terrace excellent.

Fantastic location, can walk everywhere from Riad. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful! Excellent value for money.

Shower was cold most of the time. Rooms are quite dark so even during the day need the light on.

Downtown Marrakech is quite confusing, so although we had a little bit of difficulty finding the riad I feel that this was more due to our phones failing us than anything the riad could have done. Right from when we entered the door the gent who greeted us was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate our request for a room change because we both use c-paps and require two outlets. The rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfy. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was one of the nicest we had during our time in Morocco, fresh juice, coffee, pastries, hard boiled eggs ... Yum. The dining area on the top of the riad was also quite nice, and warmed by the sun. Nothing negative to say about this place.

The only caution I would have is that if you get a room without a private WC you may have to go either up or down a level to get to the washroom. Clean and simple, the shower and the toilet are pretty much in the same cabinet downstairs, but this is common for the area.
