Wonderful, kind and very helpful staff
Room was a little small - but the cleanliness and service well and truly made pundit this.

Location is perfect if you want to be inside the Medina and close to Jemmaa el- fna. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of hot water for showering! Very clean room and common areas. AC works well.
Room is stuffy because if you open the one window anyone inside the Riad can reach through and pick up anything on the bed. Did not like that whoever entered my room to clean, helped themselves to my snacks in the fridge; nothing else went missing.

This hotel was amazingly clean, spotless. It is located perfectly to explore Marrakech old city and the main square. The room AC worked great. Super quiet in the rooms.
There was nothing I didn't like.
