Location great. Breakfast fantastic. Liked the rooftop pool area, which was small but very relaxing after the hustle of the Medina.
Staff were fantastic as previous reviews have mentioned - super helpful and genuinely cared about your stay. The young gentleman who served us breakfast each morning was great ( provided us extra coffee) and, of course, Housni on the front desk who provided excellent service- he even rescued us from getting lost on our first night!
We were looking for somewhere in the heart of the action for our city break. with some authenticity, where we could relax if needed, with a breakfast. It ticked all the boxes - I would definitely come back here.

Fantastic central location within the Medina but still quiet. Super friendly team of staff who went above and beyond to look after us, particularly Housni, booking us dinners and finding us gluten free food for breakfast. 24 hour support, safe haven where nothing was too much.

Room was comfortable, was given free upgrade.
not easy to locate, no signs showing direction from the busy market area.
Breakfast - If your happy to share your food/drink was the local wasps, then your enjoy your breakfast.
Sights from Rooftop not the good, nothing much to see, besides other build rooftops, instead of market place sights, etc.
