    The location is very good. Nearby the square and Medina, so mostly just walking to attractions. Host is very responsive in replying messages. They are also helpful to bring our heavy luggages to/from 3rd floor. We also booked desert tour package with the hotel. The host is also friendly and kind enough to give us a bottle of water before we depart for desert tour. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

    Toilet ventilation is a hole to the bedroom which means smell from the toilet will flow to where you sleep! The room smells once you walk in. Aircon heater was extremely noisy(no way you can sleep when it is turned on) - informed the reception& was given a heater that has very bright lights so much so u can't sleep with that lights. The shower has no tube and shower head - informed reception the next morning and it was fixed. Decor at the corridor and outside the rooms were very nice though. Location is excellent though, right in the Medina.
