    The house was clean, kitchen essentials were provided, the beds were comfortable, and the night view of Genting Highlands was beautiful. Thank you QHome overall good ❤

    1. For the bedroom closest to the living room (the one near the toilet), the mattress seems worn out as the springs can be felt when lying down and the bed is very bouncy. 2. The sink in the common area toilet has slow drainage. 3. The shower in the master bedroom doesn’t have hot water even after waited for 15 minutes after turning on. Hope these can be checked and improved.

    Managed to get lowest price from agoda so with the lowest price the accommodation is “worth” to stay otherwise I will not recommend this place. Location is good Cleannesses is okay only Room is big Kitchenware is good also Staff services are not so good After booking there is no instruction provided until contacted agoda to get their contact and end up the contact number is invalid. Thereafter only contacted me to provided check in guidance and even the guidance video provided was old not update which made my check in procedure kind of unclear. No instruction on check out time, texted the staff also no reply. Also, there was an additional deposit needed which not stated in agoda. Overall, the staff professional was not very helpful and good. Accommodation- if you able to grab lowest price still OK. If not you may skip.
