Kaucja ktora mnie zdziwiła. Opłaty za klimatyczne myślalam ,że juz to wliczone ,znikjace WiFi i niestety pluskwy mnie pogryzły

The flat was excellently located, it was clean and we could find parking near by quite easily.
Apart for the €400 deposit that I must have missed on the fine print - my fault. The WiFi did not work for half of our stay, when I got in touch with the agency, I was assured they would come and fix it. When we got back at the end of the day it was still not fixed. I messaged the again the next day, they said they forgot and would come up. 2 hours later and they still had not come up, after messaging them again, they finally came. As they were already there I asked them for a kettle that worked as neither the kettle or the coffee machine works, the agent said he would bring one up, we didn’t get a replacement at all.
