Welcome to GOLDEN SQUARE, a modern one bedroom apartment in the Carré d'Or district, just a few metres from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and all amenities.
This bright apartment offers an ideal setting to explore Nice on foot. The south-facing living area includes a comfortable lounge with TV, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and a bar-style dining space.
The bedroom is set up as a windowless sleeping area and features a comfortable standard double bed. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in the living room.
Located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Niçois building (no elevator).

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is just on the edge of the main tourist area and close to public transportation. The black out blinds were great to sleep in and the apartment was very comfortable with 90 temperatures outside. The app from Nestor and Jeeves (host company) is good and informative with discounts to restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would rent this apartment again and recommend it.
