Lovely hosts, beautiful apartment.

Isa&Seb are fantastic hosts! They look after they guests very well indeed. And thank you Isa for the restaurant recommendations, we had some lovely meals:) The location of Au bat Tournai is perfect for exploring Tournai. The building where the apartment (in which we stayed) and the rooms are has been recently renovated to the highest standard. The apartment had all we needed for 3 people and it was already decorated for Christmas. Very pretty indeed. The takeaway breakfast provided by the next door boulangerie was delicious. I understood that Isa&Seb are planning some further improvements to the building, e.g. addressing the issue of the very steep stairs. That is good news as this will make the lovely apartment more suitable for wider group of clients. As it is now, it wouldn't work for people with mobility issues or anybody with small children.

Exceptional accommodation complemented by warm and welcoming hosts. A truly delightful experience.

The host was amazing—met us personally, gave a lovely tour of the property, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with fresh fruit, orange juice, and a bottle of wine in the fridge as a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. Communication was excellent, with very prompt responses to messages. The accommodation itself was beautifully decorated to a high standard and located in a great area. It was a perfect place to relax and celebrate. Highly recommended! Very modern stylish new and clean.

The second bed could be improved with a lock-out hinge, which the host kindly pointed out. It wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was still very comfortable and convenient.

Les deux escaliers sont magnifiques mais compliqués avec une petite fille de 4 ans. Nous le savions et cela ne nous empêchera pas d’y séjourner à nouveau!

De host was erg vriendelijke en het appartement netjes verzorgd. De locatie is perfect als uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Doornik te bezoeken. Het ontbijt was prima!

We kregen het appartement niet altijd (snel) verwarmd.

Super mooi appartement, van alle comfort voorzien. Op wandelafstand van het centrum. In de ochtend een lekker ontbijt van onze super vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Mooi appartement, centraal gelegen. Geschikt voor jongere reizigers zonder kinderen.

Net uitgevoerd appartementje aangeboden door een heel vriendelijke host. Keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief oven, magnetron, kookplaat, potten en pannen. Al met al best leuke plek om te overnachten als je rekening houdt met de opmerkingen hieronder.

Ontbijt was vrij mager. Kwaliteit van bed, kussens en beddengoed was basic. Dat trapje omhoog naar de slaapplek voelde niet heel comfortabel aan. Stijl en scherpe randen aan de leuning. Ik zou dit appartement daarom aanraden aan jonge mensen die een leuk onderkomen zoeken. Voor de wat oudere medemens is dit appartement door die trap die je omhoog moet naar je bed, niet geschikt. Ook niet voor moeders overigens want voor kinderbedje moet je ook dat trapje op en ik zie niet hoe je dat kan doen met je kind op je arm.

1 couple et 2 enfants

Personne très agréable,gentille, disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Tout est mis en place pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous avons eu : eau, jus d'orange, coca, beurre, confiture, café.... Petit déjeuner bien copieux ! Tout est fournis : gel douche, champoing, serviettes.... et même seche cheveux. Achat d'un lit parapluie pour notre petite de 2 ans (qui servira pour d'autres mais pour dire que ces hôtes sont vraiment aux petits soins pour nous), coloriages et puzzles pour les enfants, nos filles étaient ravis 🤩 Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour qui fût cours mais très agréable !

Het appartement is zeer mooi en erg goed gelegen. Het ontvangst was hartelijk en er werd heel snel gereageerd op onze vragen.

De trap in het appartement is vrij steil. Kan moeilijk zijn voor mensen die iets minder mobiel zijn.
