Adequate but ads are misleading.

Location is fabulous. Parking on the market square. Host was very helpful and called us about a possibly lost item.

The steep and narrow staircase, 3 floors and 66 steps, require you to be in fair physical fitness. No matter how hard we tried, there is no city view from the skylights. Maybe another apartment is featured in some of the pictures on the site.

Location is great, but not as confortable as advertised and needs some care.

Location was good

Pillows were not clean (weird stains), building entrance door needs a fix because was hard to open. Nice to have iron. Also it was advertised to have city view but there is only sky view from this apartment attic.

Walking up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment which is in the « attic », so you can’t look out the windows, only getting light from the skylights.

Fine for one night stay

Everything required was in the room, e.g. toilet paper, soap, kitchen, etc. Pleasant design. Good lighting. Location.

The facilities were old. Not so clean, e. g. some hairs in the bed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Mosquitos.

A relaxing stay in a nice studio, well situated

I called the person responsible who gave me all the instructions necessary to reach the place. He was waiting for us when we arrived. Due to bad weather conditions I thought one extra person might need to sleep over and every place in town was booked. He proposed to bring a mattress, if needed, and gave me the opportunity to ask for it even late in the evening! In the end, it was not necessary but it put my mind to rest knowing that in case of an emergency help was at hand, and with a smile, which is great. Small attentions also for the visitor: all needed to make a fresh pot of coffee, a large bottle of water and a small of milk in the refrigerator.

Not having to go up to the 2d floor but that is a bit of laziness due to age: exercise is actually good for the health.

Séjour très agréable dans un appart à la déco jolie et chaleureuse

Déco très sympa, appartement propre et très bien équipé, chaleureux, très agréable. Situation idéale dans une rue qui regorge de petites boutiques de charme, à quelques mètres de la magnifique Grand Place de Tournai. Propriétaire réactif et sympathique.

Seul bémol, l’accès par des escaliers vraiment étroits et très raides, mais ce n’est pas spécifique à cet immeuble, je crois que c’est général dans le vieux Tournai…

Petit studio hyper pratique et confortable à côté de la Grand place

Au top, hôte très réactif, le logement était très propre, parfait pour notre petit séjour d'une nuit à Tournai. Les serviettes et les drapes étaient disponibles et très propres, on avait une petite bouteille d'eau et de lait à disposition, ce qui a été très apprécié :) Les équipements sont très fonctionnels, le studio est confortable, rien à dire !

Tout était parfait pour nous, je dirais simplement aux prochains voyageurs de peut-être choisir un autre logement s'ils n'aiment pas/ne savent pas monter les escaliers, car il faut bien grimper pour arriver aux studios :) ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangé dans notre cas.

à éviter, grave manquement en terme de sécurité incendie, mauvais rapport qualité prix

pas de petit déjeuner bien situé

endroit ni sale ni propre mais glauque, une odeur très désagréable et tenace de rance, qui n'a pas disparu, malgré 2 jours en laissant les fenêtres ouvertures pendant tout le séjour. Equipé de tout le nécessaire mais au moins cher au mieux. Tout est vieux et tout est fait pour retirer un maximum de gain. En cas d'incendie aucunes sorties de secours, aucuns équipements (extincteurs) , situé au 3eme étage, nous n'avions aucune chance d'en sortir vivant.Rapport qualité prix très mauvais.

Très bon carnaval avec un logement agréable et plaisant

Nordine a fourni des informations claire sur le logement la vielle. Le logement est suffisamment grand et il était parfait comme point central pour passer un bon carnaval. J’ai aussi apprécié les petites attention de Nordine comme par exemple une petite bouteille de lait

La hauteur du bac de douche et la porte d’entrée du bâtiment qui est un peu difficile à ouvrir. Le WC et le meuble de cuisine qui sont un peu vieillot

Très bien Situé. Accueil très agréable. Propreté. Studio cosi et très agréable. Tout était très bien.

Le studio est au 3ème étage et les escaliers assez abrupts. Il faudrait juste le signaler dans l’annonce. Mais si vous êtes en bonne condition, aucun soucis pour y accéder.

Bonne situation au calme avec un bon café ou thé...

La déco et le calme + café et thé mis à disposition...Merci L'avantage du dernier étage, c'est le calme L'autre grand avantage est sa localisation centrale... PARFAIT (Parking Grande Place durant les dates de notre séjour en weekend - GRATUIT) Merci si on peux et si c'est libre nous reviendrons et recommandons ce studio...

3 étages en soirée :( mais ceci dis on sais ce qu'on a réservé (Rapport/qualité et PRIX) Si non rien à dire.
