GuestHost -Seaside Studio with Swimming Pool and Parking

I'm going to be very straight (sorry about that) and hope it helps owner to make services better. Absolutely classy room, fashion and modern design, comfortable bed and dining area. Air conditioning and nice telly. Nice placed: only 8 minutes walk to the beach 🏖️ and shop. Beach is not impressive; you need to know about that before you going. Just three shops around, one bar and one restaurant.

We were disappointed that owner had enough money for such lovely studio but unfortunately can't manage it properly 😔 I'm really wanted to give 10, but can't due to the next facts. We were lucky to get in first time through the main door because someone leave at the same time, unfortunately another 8 days, we walked around all building to get in. Pool was not ready, than was locked, nobody used it... The room wasn't ready for us...no bedding and towels. No iron and dryer as promised in advert on Booking website. It's impossible to dry towels in the room without balcony. After long negotiation we got both, appreciate about that 🤗 Also we been waiting every single day for another set of towels for third person in the room and were expected for changing another two sets, because 8 days using same towel is absurd... also it was no cleaning all 8 days(we doing it by themselves, thanks all we need for this was in room). But the check-out request to left accommodation tidy and taking all rubbish out (in situation when it's no rubbish bags!!! no rubbish bins near accommodation!!! Just don't know what to do....), made me laugh and angry at the same time. I'm pretty sure that noone expected to play game "Find a bin" during holidays.

Monolocale moderno, ben arredato e con tutto l'occorrente in cucina. Posto auto riservato.

Premetto che i seguenti sono commenti costruttivi per migliorare il servizio offerto: - il codice per entrare in casa è arrivato 30 minuti dopo l'orario di checkin (non era incluso nelle istruzioni di checkin), abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori dalla porta. Abbiamo telefonato al numero di contatto, ma è un numero a cui non possono rispondere. Solo messaggi, e la risposta ha tardato ad arrivare. - siamo stati 2 notti, e il router internet ha smesso di funzionare dopo la prima notte. Abbiamo segnalato subito al mattino con messaggio, ma ci hanno risposto che avrebbero potuto sistemarlo il giorno dopo. Inutile, visto che avremmo fatto checkout proprio la mattina dopo. Non mi sembra giusto che si paghi per un servizio che poi non funziona. Nostro consiglio: usate un numero di contatto con cui si può parlare direttamente per un'assistenza immediata. Non è gradevole, in caso di necessità, interagire solo con messaggi e avere risposte con ritardo anche di 15 minuti.

Stabile, posizione, giardino, grandi finestre, riscaldamento, come è arredata, servizi....
