Flatista Homes - Nymphenburg Suites

Nymphenburg Suites truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the entire space was designed practical way. What impressed us most was how thoroughly everything had been considered. The kitchen was genuinely well equipped, even with basic spices and coffee; there was plenty of useful storage, great lighting, conveniently placed outlets, plenty of towels, laundry facilities, and clear instructions. It was one of those rare places where you keep noticing little things and thinking, “They really thought of everything.” Communication was outstanding. We especially appreciated the helpful videos and the proactive communication before and during our stay. We never had to wonder what to do or how something worked. The location was also excellent, the apartment itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what we wanted after a full day exploring Munich. One small note for fellow Americans traveling by car: the parking may feel quite tight by American standards, although it is perfectly normal for Europe. It certainly wouldn’t keep us from returning. The value was excellent, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable, spotless, quiet, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly well managed. An absolutely wonderful stay.

No air conditioning

Eine wunderschöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit 2 kleinen Balkonen, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Perfekte Lage mit guter Anbindung in die City. U- und Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Absolut ruhig gelegen, da das Haus von Höfen umgeben ist. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich das Löwenbräu Brauhaus mit schönem Biergarten.

Die Wohnung ist nicht zu 100% barrierefrei. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung zu hoch. Das merke ich nur an, weil in der Beschreibung steht, dass die Wohnung Rollstuhlgerecht ist.

Great location, close to the underground station and close walk to the main square of Munich. The apartment was perfect for three of us, it was comfortable and well decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a couple day stay. The apartment was easy to access and has a great restaurant/brewery next door!
