Sams Living New York - Munich City

This is an exceptional apartment. We stayed a family of 4 with 2 adult sons - this apartment is a cut above many other apartments very modern very comfortable and was really very clean. We had everything we needed and more and the owner was easy to reach if we needed anything. The bathroom in particular was exceptional, the kitchen had all you may need and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also great and the ability to access through a code meant that we could all come and go as we needed to.

Nothing negative to say which is unusual but this apartment is genuinely exceptional.

The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit stopped working overnight, but the host was very responsive in getting it fixed.

Great location , walking distance to almost everything. Trams / Metro / Munich central station or even the sightseeing spots. The apartment is large with ambience lighting , large kitchen with all the required amenities . Very huge bathroom with whirlpool tub , rain shower ample toiletries is the highlight of the apartment. Oh did I mention there is huge TV in bathroom that you can watch while enjoying the spa like facilities. And above everything else - Sam is gem of person - always available to answer all our queries / concerns . Highly recommend this place . Would love to stay here if we happen to come back to Munich again . Truly exceptional place and exceeded the expectations. Thank you Sam for making us feel like home.
