Very close to the Hirschgarten train station, convenience store (EDEKA), and a handful of great quick meal options.
The mattresses were a little flimsy

It was spacious and cozy. There was convenience of having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen amenities like the sponge were clean.
No bath mat was provided. Nowhere to hang towels and clothes in the toilet.

Flat is spacious, location is perfect for those who need that region.
Feeling of a dirty place, awfull smells in the kitchen. Overall feel of cheaply made with some broken things around place and chemicals lying all around the flat. Bad sound isolation.
