La ubicación, porque es un sitio tranquilo y está cerca de las salidas a las carreteras principales para ir tanto a Munich como a los alrededores (Baviera, Stuttgart, Nuremberg,…).
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y caben 4 personas en cada una de ellas, el salón también es amplio aunque quizá no lo suficiente para más de 9-10 personas.
Los baños están limpios y son modernos, el agua de las duchas sale con presión y temperatura adecuadas.
El dueño del apartamento es muy amable, ofrece toda la información necesaria y responde a los mensajes que le enviábamos en pocos minutos.
Las toallas que ponían a disposición de los huéspedes son pequeñas, tanto las de lavabo como las de ducha.
No había paños de cocina cuando estuvimos nosotros.
El espacio en el salón-comedor no es suficiente para más de 9-10 personas.

The appartment is close to the city if you travel by car.
The owner is very responsive and helpful.
Easy check in and check out.
Nice breakfast is also provided, coffee and milk, cereals and bread.
Nice to have washing machine and dryer.
One of the bedroom is a little bit dirty, the ceiling is covered with spider web and little insects (since its summer).
Since its summer, we have to open the window at night, and it could be a little bit noisy.

The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our family stay, making it feel like a home away from home.
Additionally, the owner. Was supportive and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had, which made our experience even better. I truly appreciate their assistance throughout our stay.
Overall, this apartment is a gem! Great space, excellent location, and wonderful support from the owener. I will definitely be returning!
