The location is very accessible to the tourist areas. The property itself is very safe, in terms of location. The room is nicely decorated and smells clean. The view inside the property is also something you can't miss. We had a very comfortable sleep for two nights, the AC was working very well even in the heat. The host was very kind to share with us all the details we needed for our stay and even answered questions I asked suggesting restaurants to try and add to our Al Ula itinerary.

A little bit of maintenance could be done for the toilet to make the bathroom experience more comfortable. There are some insects in the property, understandably quite unavoidable due to the area, but nothing a bit of pest control could sort out. The Wifi doesn't work well at certain hours when there's a lot of other guests using it.

The caravan was beautifully set up in the middle of the palm oasis, a peaceful and private escape. The interior was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. I especially loved the outdoor seating area, it was the perfect spot to relax under the stars. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to blend with the nature around.

Sehr gute Lage! Sehr ruhige Lage! Man hat die Möglichkeit den Abend entspannt vor dem Caravan zu verbringen. Die Anlage ähnelt einer kleinen Oase und ist am Abend sehr schön beleuchtet. Durch den Abend wird man von Igeln, Füchsen und wilden Hunden begleitet. Der junge Äthiopier, der uns begrüßt und mit zusätzlichem Kaffee versorgt hat war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Die Kommunikation über die Booking App war sehr gut! Das Raum-Klima im Wohn-/Schlafbereich war sehr gut (kein Schimmel, kein übler und kein muffliger Geruch)!

Insgesamt ist der Caravan sehr alt. Er wackelt sehr stark bei der kleinsten Bewegung (bei einer Drehung im Bett wackelt der ganz Wagen). Meine Frau und ich konnten nicht in einem Bett schlafen, da jede Bewegung ein Erdbeben verursachte. Der Duschkopf hängt über der Toilette. Wenn man duschen möchte muss man alles aus dem sehr sehr kleinen Bad entfernen (auch das Klopapier) sonst wird alles sehr nass. Es gibt keinen täglichen Zimmerservice. Die angebotenen Handtücher sind größere Einmal-Handtücher und reichen nur zum Trocknen der Haare. Bei Google Maps endet man vor einem verschlossenen Tor (man muss eine Straße weiter fahren um ans richtige Tor zu kommen). Der Weg auf der Anlage zum Caravan hin ist sehr unangenehm (steile, enge Zufahrt). Der Preis (150Euro pro Nacht) ist für die Qualität des Caravan zu hoch, aber durch die Außenanlage und den Flair ertragbar!
