I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in AlUla. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and everything was perfectly taken care of. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the amazing people who work here. I am a solo female traveler, and from before I even arrived, the team was incredibly supportive. I had several questions and concerns, and they were always available on WhatsApp, responding quickly and helping me with everything I needed. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed throughout my entire stay. Traveling alone can sometimes feel overwhelming, but thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and constant support, I felt completely at ease. The level of hospitality here is exceptional. It’s rare to find a team that cares so much about their guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they have the best experience possible. I recommend this hotel 100% and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my trip to AlUla so special!

There was plenty of space

It was actually three separate rooms with a common access. A bit basic but had all the necessary features for a short stay.
