It was conveniently close to restaurants, but its quiet and peaceful.
I have no complaints at all except it was a little difficult to find especially for first time visitors to Al Ula.

The stuff who looked after us was very helpful and attentive to our needs

Apartment was spacious, Ali was waiting at the location, he was friendly.
Furnishing was of poor quality, all furnishing (chair, sofa, bed) was below standard, need to change. Washroom was smelly, probably because of poor construction/design of washroom.
