Studio with Scenic Marina Views - Sleeps 3

The check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable and in good condition. The host was accommodating and communicated well and promptly. I loved the view from the bay window of the harbor and the abbey ruins. We also appreciated the washer/dryer in the room! There were so many excellent restaurants within a short walk, and with such easy access to the train station, there's no reason to get a rental car.

It would have been great if a little laundry soap pod had been included. The road outside is a little noisy during the day, but it's mostly quiet at night.

Comfy bed. Quite well equipped kitchen. (some things missing have been reported) Handy to have washing machine. Nice view of marina and Island from bay window. Public transport is good. Frequent buses. DART station not far to walk. Lots of eating places nearby and a good deli up the hill as well as a Centra store..... Communication good with managers and swift help when one of our group locked themselves out of room........ Boat out to the island was a highlight for our stay and recommended.

We found the old single glazed bay window let a lot of noise from passing cars on the road below. Had to have the fan on at night to mask that noise...... The two dining chairs were all sunk in, so very low at the table and uncomfortable. Price is quite high, but that may be because of the area.

L'appartamento era ubicato sulla strada principale quindi un po' rumoroso dato il passaggio delle auto e bus sopratutto durante il giorno. Lavandino del bagno piccolo.

Best location!! Walk to train - waterfront right there - great view - pub on the corner… apartment comfortable with all we required for a 3 night stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing big - a sharp sharp knife would have been great (it was very blunt)! And a dish draining board…
