Niche Living - Dun Laoghaire

Location, cleanliness, facilities, friendly helpful staff, fabulous views from roof terrace

No air con. In order to open windows, the blinds could not be shut so passers by had a clear view into the room.

It has everything a person needs, quiet, and very clean. Shopping centers, restaurants and beaches are near or in the vicinity. They have Free cinema, boardrooms, laundry rooms, gyms and a beautiful sitting area on the rooftop with views of the city and sea

It was awesomely beautiful!

The position, very convenient for the train station and to visit the coast line, the cleanliness of the room, small but pretty, the bed was very comfortable and the staff really helpful (I flagged an issue with the room and they fixed it immediatly)

The room was on the ground floor, with no AC. It was incredibly hot in Dublin and the big window was facing directly the walk alley 2 meters away. The window (as big al the entire wall) opened only with the curtains completely up, which means that every time i had to give air to the room (which again, it was not negotiable in those days) I was basically feeling like one of the ladies in the windows of the red light district. There was also a bench directly in front of the window, so it made me feel very uncomfortable. But again, this is the only negative factor, if the room was on another floor i would have been very happy!

The location

The size...false advertising....I am.black and blue trying to manuovour around the bed.....in your photos, it looked like a bedroom and sitting room, but you cleverly took one photo with the sofa bed up and one with it down.
