Location, amenities inside the apartment and powerful AIR CONDITIONER. Well located apartment close to many touristic places in Florence. Lots of family restaurants nearby. There is a bar/restaurant that stay open late hours right next to the building.
Outdated but for the cost, it is great.

Location
The bathroom was very small and the bathroom light had bad contact, not to mention the shower that is not electric, they use boiler.. so probably to save money they put a small boiler that the hot water ends with 10 minutes of bath and it takes time to heat up for the next bath. If you like to take a relaxed shower, look for another flat.

Localização e bem silencioso.
Primeiro o check in. Não é perto do apartamento, você sai andando e puxando sua mala uns 10 minutos, e tem um horário limitado pra fazer o check in em um período de 3h (15h-18h), senão te cobram 30 euros a mais. A sala é ok, o banheiro era muito pequeno, o box idem, não dava pra deixar a janelinha aberta senão você virava big brother dos vizinhos.
