This is a nice house. In a cool neighborhood, near downtown. The kitchen is well equipped, and the shower is nice.
This house was advertised as 947 sq. ft. It is nowhere near that size. We estimate about 560 sq. ft. That's a big difference. We informed the property manager and did not get a response. I've lived in 950 sq. ft. houses, they can have two bedrooms bigger than the one here. You don't have to put a square footage in the ad, but if you do, it should be accurate.

Perfect location for getting downtown or to the railyard district. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
