Closson Studio - Stylish - Near Plaza - Queen bed

I loved the comfort, coziness, location, and the fully-functional kitchen. Most of all, I loved the privacy. It was a fantastic place for a romantic getaway with my partner. We hardly heard any noise from neighboring apartments, other than a little bit of talking from neighbors in the neighboring unit, which has an outdoor patio adjacent to our unit (Unit B). Other than that, the thick walls with skylight, windows, and blinds which adjust to be either blackout blinds or translucent shades were a perfect combo for having the privacy we needed, while providing light and ambience. We like to cook at home when traveling, so I was happy to see that the kitchen had just about everything anyone could need, including a microwave that also functions as a conventional oven, along with an electric ceramic style stovetop, as well as blender, toaster, etc.

I found myself wishing that there was a little more outdoor space. Even a bench outside on the sidewalk could have been appreciated. Also, the ad led me to believe this was a freestanding casita, when in fact it does share a wall with a couple of other units.

Clean, easy to find, great communications from property management, quiet neighborhood walking distance about a half mile from the Plaza. Nice kitchen with coffee provided. Stove, microwave a d refrigerator all new and spotless. Bathroom had a nice tub and shower. Everything we needed was easy to find.

Small, tight squeeze around bed to the bathroom. Advertized king bed was on the small side, more of a queen, but it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Air conditioner was quiet and kept us comfortable .

Quiet historic neighborhood close to restaurants, museums and historic sites.

Polyester sheets with uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Towels were stained with what looked like blood. Thankfully the management was willing to replace them the following day. The heater would not turn on the first evening and I had to coordinate with management to change the settings. As others mentioned, the bench functioning as a couch is uncomfortable.
