The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you might need during your stay. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with cozy traditional cafés, and the metro station is five minutes away. Can highly recommend the place!

A video check-in with an male manager at the entrance was diractly offputting. You need to show your passport and face on webcamera. It is unnecessary, since passport information had already been provided in advance. As a solo female traveler it rises consernes.

L’appartamento è semplicemente eccellente. Nuovo, impeccabilmente pulito, ordinato, silenzioso e dotato di tutto il necessario… e anche di più. È davvero super accessoriato e non manca assolutamente nulla. La posizione è perfetta: si raggiunge la stazione di Sendagi in circa 15 minuti a piedi, ma si soggiorna in un quartiere autentico, tranquillo e piacevole, lontano dal caos e ideale per vivere la vera atmosfera di Tokyo. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è l’host. La sua disponibilità, gentilezza, precisione e attenzione verso gli ospiti sono straordinarie. È sempre stato presente quando ne avevamo bisogno, facendoci sentire accolti e a casa fin dal primo giorno

For us, this flat ticked all the boxes. Smooth check-in, owner quick to respond, very comfortable, so spacious for tokyo, and a balcony! Very high quality everything-from front door to kitchen utensils and everything in between. The neighbourhood and area are great, dozens of fantastic little coffee shops, places to eat, bakeries, fish mongers, really worth researching before you go so not to miss out. Very different experience of Tokyo to staying in a hotel in the very touristy areas. I really could go on and on...

It's not so much what we didn't like, only a thing to be aware of: as often is the case in Tokyo, the stairs are steep and if you have issues with carting heavy luggage or even yourself up the stairs you'll need to be aware. It was no problem for us and we were in the second floor (flat3) there is another (flat2) which has less stairs.

White, simple, modern decor. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities. Wonderful location. Quiet.

Tiny tiny constructive feedback. More low level lighting or bedside table lamps would be great - ease for getting out of bed in the dark and to make it cosier.
