Location
No elevator ! Narrow stair! If you are living at the 3rd & up & you have 4 suitcases, it is killing you. Also they told you check out time was 11:00am but suddenly sent you email the night before & told you check out time is 10:00am

Super clean bedsheets, towels & bathroom. Seven minutes to subway & shopping.
Steep steps to the third floor with heavy luggage. No warning about this! Host was not responsive when we needed them. Unable to locate the code to open key box, check out time was at 10, the host responded at 11!
