Spacious, clean, comfortable and a great location! Awesome process for bag storage after checkout and really helpful staff.

Fabulous location with great facilities and responsive staff. Very clean, modern, excellent shower. Walking distance to everything including bars and restaurants- - and the added bonus of private parking. Less than 15 minute walk to the Alhambra.

Car park was excellent but a bit hard to find without help of staff. They were immediately responsive, got us there and took our advice about a slight amendment to the instructions. Once found - very quick and easy walk to hotel!

Our BEST stay in Spain, absolutely amazing experience! Incredible location, gorgeous apartment with squeaky clean spacious rooms and an amazing staff, I cannot rave more about this place. Ideal for kids and families, the crib was perfect - they even kept a baby grooming kit, color pencils and few play things before we arrived, top notch service! Maria and her team are absolutely amazing, communication was very fast, responsive and super clear, they helped us with an early check in and even kept our bags in a safe locker to help us get an early start to our day. While leaving roads were closed for Corpus Christi, but the staff guided us well to get a cab in quick time and reach our train on time. The location is absolutely perfect, the cathedral is a block away, the local shopping market is a stone’s throw away, the bus to Alhambra is also a 2-min walk away. You can even see snow clad peaks from the window. The place is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the hotel so much, we almost didn’t want to step out to explore Granada! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Granada!
