    Missing bedding and a condescending response from management made this a deeply disappointing stay. After spending the entire day exploring Granada, we got into bed around 2 a.m., exhausted. What looked like a white comforter tucked into the bed turned out to be only sheets. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed. We were already in bed, too tired to call and potentially wait for bedding, and unsure whether housekeeping was available that late. We slept without a blanket and did not get a good night’s rest. The next day, I asked to speak with the manager to share our experience. Instead of acknowledging the problem or apologizing, he repeatedly asked, “Did you call?” and “Why didn’t you call?” I explained the circumstances, but he continued to put the responsibility back on me and raised his voice. As an Asian woman, I found his condescending manner particularly upsetting. I cannot know whether my race or gender influenced his behavior, but I left the conversation feeling belittled and disrespected. A four-star hotel should provide adequate bedding and respond respectfully when a guest raises a concern. Calling reception might have resolved the missing blanket that night, but it does not excuse the room’s preparation or management’s treatment of me afterward. What should have been a restful stay became an unpleasant experience.

    Right in the heart of the city and across from a Corte Ingles. In a hort 20minute walk you can circle around all of the historic sights that arent on a mountain. We also received amazing service in spite of the crowds always around the hotel staff

    Nice hotel and a good location. Bed was rather uncomfortable - but that’s just a personal preference more than anything else. Room was REALLY small for a couple as well. Other than that, really nothing much to dislike about it.

    With a rooftop bar and pool, friendly staff and excellent air conditioning this is a modern leisure hotel. Only fault is the confusing lifts
