Washing machine was very helpful, hairdryer was good, they had an iron, ironing board and a clothing rack. The kitchen was also well equipped and had a coffee machine.
The internet was not working at first, but then the host gave us the correct password and it worked. We had some trouble getting the hot water to run one of the days. We missed extra blankets, the one on the bed was a bit thin. The neighborhood was a little uncomfortable to walk at night, especially as women. We decided to take the subway and it was better.

The apartment is very neat and well put together
A proper wardrobe should be installed and there should be indication on the website for self service or request for an assistant in the room.

Location was fairly central (close to the Victoria subway station) and close to the main tourist hubs. Bed was really plush and comfortable. Room was very spacious and ideal for a couple (even if I was alone)
Had some issues figuring out how to run the hot water in the shower as the instructions weren't super clear, but the host was extremely helpful and I managed to figure it out.
