Amazing location, very welcoming host, breakfast in the room, water and juices. Enough towels, comfortable bed.
Conditioning was quite weak and loud. Was very warm in the summer

the owner was very friendly and quick to respond and made all possible to assist me with everything, a real nice lady.
the area is slightly unsafe, especially in the inght around the metro station, but with normal attention, all is alright.

Tonia was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond. The bed was comfy, the balcony was cute, everything was exceptionally clean.
Would definitely stay here again. It was a little out of the way but close to nice parks and food and the train.

Free welcome breakfast was given. It was good enough for two of us.
Nothing. Just suggestion to improve : maybe a curtain in showers would help reduce messy bathroom
