Posizione eccezionale con piscina bellissima e a due passi da spiaggia stupenda. Alloggio molto spazioso con 2 bagni, 3 camere, 8 posti letto. Terrazzo enorme con grande tavolo.
Estremamente umido, specialmente il bagno che era privo di areazione. Fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente da water e lavandino in bagno. Cuscini da esterno sulle panche in terrazzo sporchi inutilizzabili.

La ubicación, las vistas magníficas, la terraza amplia y los jardines y piscina de la comunidad, muy cuidados y bonitos.
El mantenimiento de la casa está muy dejado. Algunos electrodomésticos funcionan a duras penas. El colchón de matrimonio, de muelles, super incomodo. Hay mucha humedad en la casa en general, y en nuestra habitación los vecinos generaron una gotera en la pared, cosa que entendemos que no se podía prever, pero como expliqué al responsable de Mauter Villas, ya se veía una antigua gotera, en la cual de hecho, había moho. Creemos que la relación calidad precio, no está compensada.
