It is 13 years that I go to Menorca and in Son Parc specifically. I was looking for an apartment like this one, close to the beach, with parking lot and easily accessible. The flat is comfortable with a nice terrace. The main limitation is the organization of the kitchen that is provided with limited amount of apparels but if you are not looking to cook frquently at home, this is not going to be a major issue.

2nd time using this apartment and again an excellent stay. Location ideal with close car parking a bonus. Will use again. A folder with emergency phone numbers and local information would be helpful. Had an amazing stay. Will be back

The apartment is well maintained, with everything you need to enjoy a holiday close to the beach. It's only 200 metres from the fantastic beach at Son Parc, and the shops & restaurants are a short walk away. The only criticism is that the pillows were very soft, so additional pillows would be positive.

The apartment is ideally located, very close to a beautiful beach, and very central if you want to visit the island.
The apartment is not very modern, but given current prices in Menorca, we found it was good value for money.
As mentioned in the description, the apartment does not have AC. This can be an issue in summer when there are heat waves.
