The modern apartment Pregonda 13 Menorca is conveniently located in Son Parc, just a stone’s throw away from the sea. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, fans and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.
Guests have access to a shared garden with seating furniture, a pool and a children’s pool. There is also both a covered and an open private terrace where you can relax with a refreshing drink. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!

Pros: Sossegado, uma piscina enorme com piscina de crianças. Muito bem localizada e com todas as comodidades disponíveis! Aconselhamos vivamente.

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó fue la disponibilidad y amabilidad de la propietaria, la ubicación del apartamento, la terraza y la piscina comunitaria.
Cons: Sería el apartamento perfecto si dispusiese de aire acondicionado. Nos tocó una semana de mucho calor y se echó en falta.
